Our Delivery Policy

Standard shipping is 3-5 working days from order. 

Standard delivery is free with all orders 

Auto-renew subscriptions – Free delivery. All subscription boxes ship on the 18th of the  month following signup – this excludes gift subscriptions, which ship the first box and gift  certificate within 3-5 days 

If an order contains a subscription as well as other seasonal products, we will dispatch the  other products immediately and standard delivery will be charged. The subscription box will  then be shipped around the middle of the following month. 

A gift subscription must be activated on or before the 15th to receive a box on the 18th of that month. Subscriptions activated after the 15th of the month will fall into the following month’s subscription dispatch. 


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unfortunate event that  you are not, please contact us by email at subscriptions@bakerboxx.com within 7 days of  receiving the item. You can then simply return the item to us unopened, in its original  condition and packaging with any enclosed documentation, within 14 days of receipt. We  will issue a full refund once we receive it. 

Please note: 

  1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 days of delivery unless we have notified you otherwise. 
  2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you of the value of the goods. 
  3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. 
  4. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty, and a refund is made. 

This policy only covers products bought directly through Bakerboxx.com and does not cover  products bought from our partner sites. For any Baker Boxx products bought from our  partner sites please refer to their delivery policy.
